Return Policy for Made-to-Order Items
At Tim Christiani, all items are made to order according to the specific requirements of the customer. Because our products are custom-made, we adhere to the following return policy:
Since made-to-order items are specially produced for you, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via [insert contact details]. Please provide the following information:
Order number
Photos of the defect or incorrect product
A description of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or suitable solution.
As production begins immediately after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production. We therefore advise you to carefully review your order before placing it.
We recommend carefully following our size chart and instructions to ensure a correct fit. If you are uncertain, please contact us in advance for advice. Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for incorrectly chosen sizes.
In exceptional cases, a tailored solution may be offered depending on the situation. Please contact us if you have any questions.
By placing an order with Tim Christiani, you agree to this return policy.
